We define winning as growth in character, relationships, leadership and faith. What this looks like: Coaches and parents receive resources to continue the conversation outside of practices and games — connecting spiritual topics to real life: relationships, school, identity and everyday decisions. When athletes win off the field, we know we are fulfilling our mission.
