OUR APPROACH
FCA has a grand vision of a transformed world through the teachings
of Jesus Christ. Our mission is to lead every coach and athlete into a
growing relationship with Jesus Christ and His church.
To achieve this mission, FCA has developed a comprehensive approach
to help coaches and athletes become disciples who make disciples.
Our method is called E3 Discipleship.
ENGAGE
We engage coaches and athletes through genuine relationships by sharing our lives and the Gospel.
EQUIP
We equip coaches and athletes to develop their relationship with Christ and deepen their faith through God's Word.
Their responsibility is to equip God’s people to do his work and build up the church, the body of Christ.

EMPOWER
We empower coaches and athletes to Engage, Equip and Empower others to know and grow in Christ.
You have heard me teach things that have been confirmed by many reliable witnesses. Now teach these truths to other trustworthy people who will be able to pass them on to others.
