We invited all Directors, Board Chairs, Vice Chairs, and/or potential Board Leaders to attend the Maryland Board Advancement Summit, focused on enhancing our board's effectiveness. This training session was designed to equip participants with the necessary skills to advance board development, fostering collaboration and the sharing of best practices.

Our regional goal is for every director to establish and maintain an active board by the end of this fiscal year. This summit played a crucial role in helping us achieve this objective in Maryland.
